Everett Daniels is a contact in Skyway City. He offers missions to level 5–15 characters, and the story arc The Clockwork Captive to level 10–15 heroes and vigilantes.

Progression[edit | edit source]

Paula Dempsey or Tony Kord may introduce Everett Daniels to level 9–15 heroes and vigilantes. Detective Martins, Detective Rogers, Detective Sluggitt, Detective Westbrush, or other level 5–14 contacts in Steel Canyon or Skyway City may also introduce Everett Daniels to level 9–15 characters who do not have Athena Currie or Carla Brunelli as a contact.

Everett Daniels sells the eight standard small inspirations to characters who have him as a contact.

Characters obtain 30 charges of the EMP Glove power by accepting Everett Daniels's mission to test EMP glove on Clockwork. Turning the mission in removes the power.

Characters can call him after reaching the relationship of colleague/crony at 10 CXP, then speaking to him.

He may introduce other level 5–14 contacts in Steel Canyon or Skyway City, or Mercedes Sheldon (Pocket D), to level 1–15 characters, after reaching the relationship of colleague/crony at 10 CXP.

He introduces Fareed Abdullah, Guy Denson, Mark Freeman, or Tom Bowden to level 15–19 heroes and vigilantes who have none of the four as a contact already, after reaching the relationship of confidant at 30 CXP. Alternatively, regardless of relationship, he introduces a higher level contact in the Rick Davies–Unai Kemen chain to level 16–50 heroes and vigilantes who have no contacts higher than Everett Daniels in that chain.

Missions[edit | edit source]

Everett Daniels offers four missions to level 10–15 characters. He is also one of multiple contacts who offer the security chief missions for Kings Row, Perez Park, Steel Canyon, Boomtown, and Skyway City, but a character can complete each security chief mission only once.

He offers the long story arc The Clockwork Captive to level 10–15 heroes and vigilantes who do not already have five long story arcs or ten total story arcs active. Once characters have this story arc, they can complete it as heroes or vigilantes at any level. The arc's missions have a maximum level of 15, so characters above level 15 may need to adjust notoriety levels to get normal rewards. Completing the arc awards 22 reward merits.

The arc may give its first two missions in reverse order.

The arc is also available as an Ouroboros flashback to heroes and vigilantes who are level 16–50 or who have already completed it. It is listed under guardian (level 15–19), number 0.03.
