Doctor Arvin is a contact in Nova Praetoria. He offers the story arcs Fixing Fixadine and Rage Quit to level 1–10 loyalists and resistance members.

Progression[edit | edit source]

Tunnel Rat introduces Doctor Arvin to level 1–10 loyalists and resistance members.

Doctor Arvin sells the eight standard small inspirations to loyalists and resistance members who have him as a contact. His store becomes inaccessible if his second story arc is complete, or if the character exceeds level 10 and has not begun his second story arc.

Characters can call him after reaching the relationship of colleague at 10 CXP, then speaking to him.

He phases out after his second story arc.

Characters who have Doctor Arvin as a contact gain 40 CXP each time they complete Fixing Fixadine as a flashback. Completing Rage Quit as a flashback does not award CXP.

Missions[edit | edit source]

Doctor Arvin offers the story arc Fixing Fixadine to level 1–10 loyalists and resistance members who do not already have ten story arcs active. Once characters have this story arc, they can complete it as loyalists or resistance members at any level. The arc's missions have a maximum level of 10, so characters above level 10 may need to adjust notoriety levels to get normal rewards. Completing the arc awards 5 reward merits.

The arc is also available as an Ouroboros flashback to characters level 15 and up. It is listed under protector of innocents or soldier (level 10–14), number 18.15.
